Assistant Service Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

We are a Japanese MNC with subsidiary offices located across Asia and we are looking for potential candidates to join our company. All hired candidates are required to perform the below tasks on a daily basis:

• Perform / give instruction on abatement system (scrubber) PM service, activate charcoal & catalyst replacement on site.
• Provide CM & troubleshooting on site.
• Perform equipment installation, onsite refurbishment and retrofit task.
• Develop high technical competency on company, equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
• Monitor field service works comply with company/customer site policies & procedures.
• To report all issues pertaining to customer claim reports.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
• Provide service reports on assigned task.
• Ensure and comply with healthy and safe work procedure.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec certificate preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintaining machine operation.
• Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skill.
• Possessing general knowledge: understand the basic unit system, mechanical system and, chemical term language.
• Having knowledge of machinery code, standard, and rule is preferred.

Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
