Associate Engineer (Frontend Process/Equipment Modules) - 12hrs Permanent Shift

The client is a leading global semiconductor foundry providing advanced IC manufacturing services.

We are looking for Assistant Engineers (Process / Equipment) to join a leading global semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in a high-tech wafer fabrication (Fab) environment.

You will be assigned to one of the key modules: Diffusion, Ion Implantation, Etch, or Thin Film, supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support daily wafer fab operations in assigned module

• Assist engineers in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic fault handling

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), tool checks, and equipment setup support

• Collect and analyze process data for SPC monitoring and yield tracking

• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for process or equipment issues

• Ensure compliance with cleanroom procedures, safety, and quality standards

• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve tool stability and efficiency

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Science / Physics or related field)

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing / wafer fab processes

• Exposure or willingness to learn Diffusion / Implant / Etch / Thin Film / Lithography / PIE.

• Willing to work in cleanroom environment and shift rotation (if required)

• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork mindset
