📍 Location: Serangoon North
💰 Salary: $2,200 - $4,500 Basic + OT + shift Allowance (depends on relevant experience)
🕒 Employment Type: Permanent

⏰ Working Hours (Choose Your Fixed Shift!!)
• Morning Shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:45pm – 11:15pm (+ $10 Shift Allowance/day)
• Night Shift: 10:45pm – 7:15am (+ $15 Shift Allowance/day)

📅 Working Days
• Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday

🌟 About the Role
Join a global leader in the semiconductor industry and be part of a high-performing manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining precision electro-mechanical systems within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Perform production testing using test equipment and measurement instruments
• Assemble and test electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems according to work instructions and specifications
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Accurately record production data, test results, and KPIs in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards

⭐ Senior Technician Responsibilities
• Lead assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical systems
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, qualification builds, and process validation
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians

✅ Requirements
• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments
