About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Associate, Product Management to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions. As a key bridge between business, technology, and operations, you will own the product lifecycle — from ideation and validation to execution and scaling.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about solving real-world currency challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Translate business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Track project milestones, resolve blockers, and report on progress to key stakeholders, including the CEO.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.
• Serve as the internal SME for FX and cross-border payments, supporting sales and client onboarding as needed.
• Contribute to business plans, proposals, and client presentations.
• Ensure products meet market needs, compliance requirements, and business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in product or project management in the fintech, FX or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong domain knowledge of foreign exchange.
• Understand Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading multiple workstreams.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building meaningful products.
• Conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
