Automotive Security Engineer

Key responsibilities:

1. Define, implement, and maintain a cybersecurity engineering process & Cybersecurity management system across the product lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning.

2. Responsible of Cyber Security Manager in project and Cyber Security Architecture.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional process stakeholders to ensure alignment & consistency with the cybersecurity process.

4. Support internal and external audits and assessments, including preparation of evidence for ISO/SAE 21434 and other relevant standards.

5. Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within the cybersecurity process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6. Collaborate with the IT department to establish a Cyber security key management system to meet the needs of project development and manufacturing.

7. Manager Cyber security testing and verification for products

8. Oversee ongoing cyber security monitoring and handle cyber security incidents after project mass production

Requirements:

1. Solid understanding of Cybersecurity Automotive standards and regulations such as ISO21434, R155, GB44495.

2. Experience defining, maintaining and improving engineering processes, work products, and lifecycle documentation.

3. Familiarity with Tier 1 supplier cybersecurity management, including requirements definition and compliance assessment.

4. Practical experience with performing & coordinating the TARA analysis for automotive items/components.

5. Ability to work independently and take ownership of process definition and governance.

6. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple time zones.

7. ISO 21434 Certification (or other equivalent certifications) is highly appreciated.

8. Experience/familiarity with the incident response process is a plus.

9. Proficiency in python scripting.
