BIM Coordinator (Consultancy/MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Support BIM execution, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), client requirements, and digital delivery standards.
• Assist with model validation, quality assurance, and the preparation of BIM deliverables and submissions.
• Support the implementation of BIM tools, digital technologies, and quality control processes.
• Monitor model quality, integrity, and data consistency to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects), with at least 15 years of experience in design and project management, including leading large-scale developments.
• Strong technical expertise in architectural design, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination, with a solid understanding of building regulations, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
