BIM MEP COORDINATOR

1. Responsible for leading the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.

2.Work with project team to produce Coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects.

3. Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools

4. Coordinate with Main con, Consulant & Client, Sub-Contractors (MEP) within the project and the interfacing parties to ensure discipline-specific design and construction conflicts found in the clash detection analysis, have been identified, resolved, and rectified.

5. Using Revitzo to generate the Clash Detection Report and Bim Collab to enhance the report progress.

6. To review and validate the models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash-free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.

7. Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

8. Participate in technical, design and consultants’ meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensure drawings and designs are up to date.

9. Establishes and enforces BIM standards and quality control procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in the BIM deliverables.


10. Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to PM and stakeholders


11. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on BIM experience in M&E, with a strong focus on Hospital Projects.

2. Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
