We are looking for a motivated BMS Engineer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) projects across commercial, industrial, and data centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate BMS installation works on site.

- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and safety compliance.

- Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors.

- Prepare project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering or equivalent or related certification.

- 2–5 years of BMS/Building Automation experience preferred.

- Knowledge of HVAC controls, DDC controllers, and BMS systems.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
