Job Description - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Project Planning and Design: Developing construction plans, blueprints, and project schedules.
Budget Management: Preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and tracking expenses.
Site Management: Overseeing construction activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
Quality Control: Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Report Preparation: Creating and submitting project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Material and Resource Management: Selecting and managing materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction principles, engineering practices, and building codes.
