Building Management System Project Engineer EAST #HJN

Duties:

• Plan, design, execute, and manage Building Management System (BMS) projects from sales handover to final commissioning, ensuring compliance with project specifications, company policies, statutory requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Review project specifications, perform system sizing, equipment selection, prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), shop drawings, technical documentation, and software graphics in accordance with project requirements.
• Develop automation control sequences, logic programming, graphics, and software for BMS applications, including testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, system optimization, and FAT activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, quality installation, and adherence to project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, support procurement and variation orders, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and ISO 9001 quality requirements.
• Optimize ACMV and BMS operations to improve energy efficiency, support energy management initiatives, and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Perform site supervision, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other duties or project assignments as required.

Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Requirements:

• Min Dip/ Deg in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer or any other relevant qualifications
• BMS/ SCADA Exp proficient is an added advantage
