Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening customer relationships within the semiconductor UHP sector.

Your responsibilities include:

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Proactively engage prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities
• Attend exhibitions and industry events to build market presence

Technical & Commercial Engagement

• Lead technical discussions with customers and support product definition activities
• Monitor project tenders and participate in commercial negotiations
• Analyse market opportunities and competitive landscape
• Provide feedback to regional and HQ teams for product and business strategy development

Customer & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and factories to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in quality, delivery, and after-sales support
• Act as the key liaison between technical and commercial stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in UHP (Ultra High Purity) applications within the semiconductor industry
• Strong sales-driven mindset with proven business development experience
• Established network with semiconductor EPC companies and end users preferred
