Business Development Manager (Automation)

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic market expansion, technology licensing, and collaboration models.
• Assess industry trends, secure and negotiate large business deals, and build lasting relationships across global networks to achieve long-term growth and increase revenue.
• Identify, enter, and develop new markets locally and internationally.
• Work with senior management on key negotiation terms for joint ventures, collaborations, and technology licensing.
• Develop and enhance networks with business consultants, government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions.
• Analyze customer research and market trends to position the company's unique selling propositions (USPs) and identify new distribution channels.
  Plan, prepare, and deliver pitches to stakeholders, prospective partners, and clients

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in Business development
• Regional travelling is expected
