Business Development Manager (Data Center Cooling / HVAC) - Up to $7200

• Position : Business Development Manager (Data Center Cooling / HVAC)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: Office in Boon Lay-Islandwide
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7200 Basic + Transport + $50 mobile + Minimum 2 months Variable Bonus (max up to 5 MONTHS BONUS) + 16 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Overtime
• Duration : Permanent

Main responsibilities :

• Develop business opportunities within the data center segment, including hyperscale, colocation and enterprise customers.
• Promote HVAC, chiller and data center cooling solutions to owners, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer requirements and work with internal sales, engineering, product, service and project teams to propose suitable technical-commercial solutions.
• Manage project pipeline, forecast updates and customer follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Support proposal preparation, negotiation and sales closure for data center cooling projects.
• Gather market and customer feedback to support product improvement, solution development and business growth.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with company quality, safety and EHS standards.

Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data center, HVAC/chiller, engineering sales or technical solution sales.
• Knowledge of data center cooling technologies, HVAC systems, chillers or mechanical system design.
• Strong ability to engage owners, consultants, contractors, decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Able to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and manage customer requirements.
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data center customers will be an advantage
