Business Operation Executive (Industrial Equipment)

Job Description:

• In charge of supporting the team through accurate business reporting, data governance, and cross‑functional project execution.
• Responsible for regular operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system
• In charge of providing insightful analysis to management that supports decision‑making, sales support operations, and ROAIC improvement.
• In charge of preparing, analysing, and presenting monthly/ weekly operational reports.
• Responsible in ensuring proper, accurate, and timely data update in the ERP system
• In charge of identifying data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Present reports, analysis, and insights to management during face‑to‑face meetings
• Establish and maintain a data management framework which consist of Data ownership and accountability, standard definitions and reporting logic as well as regular data validation and controls
• Lead multiple cross‑functional programs and projects across departments
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Project planning and coordination, providing regular progress tracking
• Structured project update reporting to project sponsors and management

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in business operation in engineering industry
• Experience in ERP
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
