Calibration Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct process acceptance for production line stations, and perform maintenance and optimization of test stations.
2. Compile and update process documents including production workflows, PFMEA, SOP, process validation reports and process checklists.
3. Optimize the entire test process to systematically improve testing efficiency, yield rate and test coverage, while cutting testing costs and cycle time.
4. Analyze defective products occurring in the production process and drive improvements; lead cross-departmental root cause analysis and implement corresponding solutions.
5. Follow up and handle ECR/TCN on the production line to ensure full process closure.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Optics, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of working experience in process development or process improvement, with experience in automotive electronics, 3C products or communication equipment manufacturing.
3. Solid knowledge of calibration technologies for sensors such as cameras and radars; in-depth understanding of process and testing methodologies, with proven practical experience in application and troubleshooting.
4. Proficient in using tools including FMEA, DOE, 8D, MSA and SPC to resolve complex issues and achieve process closure.
5. Good English and Chinese reading, writing and communication skills; strong cross-departmental coordination ability and execution capability.
