CCTV Service & Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced CCTV Service& Maintenance Technician to support Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of IP-based CCTV surveillance systems across commercial,industrial, and institutional facilities in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) of CCTV surveillance systems.
• Carry out troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Install, configure, replace, and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, monitors, UPS units, and related equipment.
• Configure IP cameras, network devices, recording systems, and video management software.
• Test and verify system functionality after maintenance or repair works.
• Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns within the required response time.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.
• Support system upgrades, equipment replacement, and commissioning works when required.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or security systems.
• Experience with IP CCTV systems, NVR/DVR, network switches, and structured cabling.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and CCTV software configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CCTV brands such as i-PRO, Panasonic, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, network infrastructure, and video management software.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance documentation and service reporting.
