Position Overview

The CEO will provide strategic leadership for Mikomiko, driving businessgrowth, fundraising, product commercialization, and international marketexpansion.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsiblefor executing the company's vision while building a high-performingorganization capable of becoming a global AI leader.

This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who combines strongbusiness acumen with a deep understanding of AI technologies and startupgrowth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy.
• Lead the company through rapid growth and international expansion.
• Build a strong organizational culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Report regularly to the Board of Directors on company performance, strategy, and key initiatives.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising activities, including seed, Series A, and subsequent investment rounds.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, venture capital firms, strategic partners, and government agencies.
• Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and public events.

Business Development

• Establish strategic partnerships with technology companies, publishers, educational institutions, and content creators.
• Develop global sales channels and distribution networks.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across international markets.
• Identify new market opportunities and commercialization strategies.

Product & Technology Leadership

• Work closely with the CTO and R&D teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure the successful commercialization of AI products in creative industries.
• Guide the company's innovation in:
• Text-to-Image Generation
• Image-to-Image Generation
• Text-to-Video Generation
• Image-to-Video Generation
• Multimodal AI
• AI-assisted Comic and Anime Creation
• Large Language Models (LLMs)

Operations

• Oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class management team.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
• Proven executive leadership experience in technology startups or high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and investor engagement.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

• Experience in AI, AIGC, SaaS, gaming, digital media, or creative technology industries.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Multimodal AI.
• Passion for anime, comics, gaming (ACGN), or digital creative industries.
• International business experience, particularly in Asia, North America, or Europe.
• Established network within the AI startup or venture capital ecosystem.
