Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technological roadmap, lead our engineering organization, and align our technology strategy with our overarching business objectives. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will scale our infrastructure, cultivate a high-performing engineering culture, and drive technical innovation.Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute the long-term technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with the company’s business growth.

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of engineering managers, software engineers, devops professionals and designers

- Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and highly resilient software systems and platforms.

- Establish best practices for software development, code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Define and enforce rigorous cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy compliance, and IT governance policies across all systems.

- Manage the overall technology budget, including infrastructure costs (AWS/GCP), third-party vendor management, and talent acquisition.

- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, distributed systems) to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.

- Collaborate closely with leaderhsip, Product Management, and business stakeholders to translate market needs into technical solutions.
