Job Summary

Lead Laabu.ai’s technology strategy and innovation as Chief Technology Officer, driving AI platform architecture, engineering leadership, and product development to build scalable AI-native enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Technology & Platform Leadership

• Define and execute Laabu.ai’s long-term technology vision and architecture to support AI-native enterprise solutions
• Architect scalable AI-native systems including agent orchestration, knowledge systems, workflow automation, AI observability, governance, and multi-model AI routing
• Lead platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance improvements to ensure robust AI operations
• Drive the advancement of AI workforce and agentic AI capabilities aligned with business goals

AI & Product Innovation

• Develop next-generation AI workforce products such as KnowledgeIQ, CustomerIQ, ProcessIQ, ContentIQ, and PeopleIQ to enhance enterprise intelligence
• Lead adoption and integration of LLMs, MCP frameworks, RAG systems, multi-agent orchestration, AI memory systems, and AI runtime governance for product innovation
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them strategically to maintain competitive advantage

Engineering Leadership

• Build and lead high-performance engineering teams focused on AI platform development and delivery
• Establish AI engineering best practices and developer workflows to optimize productivity and quality
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and rapid execution across engineering teams
• Mentor engineering leaders and solution architects to strengthen technical leadership
• Drive agile product delivery and platform execution to meet strategic objectives

Enterprise & Cloud Architecture

• Lead cloud architecture design and implementation across AWS and GCP ecosystems to support scalable AI platforms
• Drive integrations with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, knowledge systems, data platforms, and collaboration tools
• Ensure enterprise-grade governance, compliance, and observability across all technology platforms

Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate with executive leadership on product roadmap, AI strategy, partnerships, go-to-market alignment, and customer technology vision
• Represent Laabu.ai in enterprise customer engagements, industry conferences, and ecosystem partnerships to promote technology leadership

Required competencies and certifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and platform architecture
• 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles
• Expertise in AI/ML systems, generative AI, LLM architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, vector databases, RAG pipelines, AI orchestration frameworks, and API/integration platforms
• Proven experience building scalable SaaS or AI platforms
• Strong product thinking and startup mindset
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or AI workforce systems
• Familiarity with Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, MCP frameworks
• Background in enterprise AI transformation initiatives
• Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments
• Knowledge of observability and AI governance systems
