Civil Site Supervisor (Pharmaceutical / Greenfield project)

• Focus on managing on-site construction, technical design reviews, and quality control, requiring experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• The roles often combine engineering oversight with on-site management.
• Construction Supervision: Lead and supervise daily civil and steel structure construction activities, managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Design Review: Review, comment on, and approve design drawings and reports from design firms before they are issued for construction.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and pharmaceutical standards.
• Technical Problem Resolution: Act as a subject matter expert, resolving on-site technical deviations and anomalies.
• Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, progress, and resource availability to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, and safety procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,  relevant work experience in construction, with experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar industrial construction industry.
• Proficiency in reviewing construction plans, CAD, or modeling software.
