CNC WIRE CUT MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary
Perform CNC wire cutting and EDM operations using Sodick machines produce precision components. Utilize Acam,AutoCAD, and Solidwork sofaware to interpret and execute technical drawings. Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standard.

Responsibilites
. Operate CNC wire cutting (Sodick machine) and EDM equipment to manufacture precison parts according to
specifications.
. Interpret and supply technical drawings using Acam,AutoCAD, and SolidWorks software to ensure accurate
production
. Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance minimize downtime and maintain quality
output
. Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets and adher to 5-day work schedule with willingness to
work overtime as needed
. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the jurong facility
Preferred competencies and qualifications
. Minimum 8 years of experience operating CNC wire cutting and EDM machinery
. Proficiency in Acam,AutoCAD, and Solidworks software for design interpretation and production support

. Work location : Jurong
. Work schedule : 5-day work week with overtime flexibility
