COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Supports project delivery at Seatrium shipyard by managing claims documentation, tracking manpower and progress, and maintaining accurate project records. The role requires close coordination with site teams and clear communication with the client on piping works claim matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims and variation claims with complete supporting documentation to ensure accurate claims management.
• Monitor daily project manpower and update total man-hours in the database to maintain accurate manpower tracking.
• Update engineering drawings and track daily project progress to maintain up-to-date project records.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to gather necessary information and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding piping works claim matters to facilitate effective claim resolution.
• Use MS Office applications proficiently to manage documentation and reporting tasks.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior working experience in a Seatrium shipyard to understand site operations and processes.
• Strong understanding of Seatrium's piping works claim procedures to support accurate claims management.
• Effective email communication skills to maintain clear and professional correspondence.
