Construction Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• With strong program design ability, able to complete the program design of the project as the backbone;
• Familiar with domestic and foreign building codes,
• Have good communication and coordination skills, can accurately understand and grasp the needs of the project and the owner;
• Responsible for the external coordination of general design projects and the company's internal design management;
• Responsible for the audit and technical check of the construction scheme and construction drawing according to the project work plan;
• Responsible for the review of architectural drawings or related documents, project responsibility, professional responsibility and other related columns;
• Responsible for the technical treatment of the project construction stage;
• Responsible for constantly reviewing and optimizing the company's general architectural drawings, and formulating professional architectural design techniques and drawing standards;
• Responsible for hosting the monthly architectural technology exchange meeting and project summary meeting from time to time to improve the design level;
• First-level registered architect qualification is preferred;

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• Experience in pharmaceutical equipment engineering is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, more than 5 years of architectural design and construction work experience, have a deep understanding of architectural design theory and construction drawings.
• understand the construction technology, interior design and engineering construction process, proficient in AutoCAD, 3D, Power-point and other software.
• First-level registered architect qualification is preferred;
• Accept extended travel
