Construction Manager (Design & Build) - North

Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in Design & Build building projects. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Project Manager. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall execution of Design & Build construction projects, ensuring project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to establish project execution strategies and work schedules.
• Coordinate site activities, construction sequencing, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and project costs to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Oversee technical coordination, M&E integration, architectural works, and resolve site engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project coordination meetings, monitor construction progress against project milestones, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company quality standards across all site operations.
• Prepare project reports, monitor project performance, and carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in Design & Build building projects with A1 main contractor.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site construction activities.
• Familiar with construction methodologies, contract administration, and coordination of M&E and architectural works.
