CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR (JUNIOR)

Job Scope

• Assist in managing construction projects

• Coordinate site activities and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress and site safety

• Handle Electrical works, Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems

• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals

• Prepare reports, documentation and drawings

• Coordinate tender submission schedules and requirements

• Engineer works from start up project to end project

• Material submission for start up project - OOM for end project

• Attend site meetings and inspections
  

Requirements

• Minimum degree holder

• Able to start work immediately

• Degree in Fire Protection, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of fire protection and electrical systems

• Able to speak English and Chinese or Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese/Malay to effectively communicate with Chinese/Malay-speaking clients.

• Able to read drawings and use AutoCAD

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and coordination skills
