RolePurpose

• Support project teams in administering contracts and managing commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary, multinational project environments.
• The role suits an early-career professional with  approximately 7 years of industry experience and who learns quickly, follows structured guidance, and collaborates effectively across diverse teams and disciplines.

KeyResponsibilities

• Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications.
• Review, negotiate and finalize Terms and Conditions of Client Contract and Vendor
• Purchase Orders Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English.
• Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs.
• Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims.
• Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities and maintain commercial trackers.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups; maintain documentation quality.
• Apply company contract management standards, templates, and controls

ContractDuration

24 months, extendable based on performance and project need.

Location: Singapore.

We are looking for a Contract & Claims ManagementProfessional to be based in Singapore.

• Experience: ~5–7 years, with relevant exposure as per outlined JD
• Contract tenure:  24 months, with the option to extend based on performance and business need
• Target start:  End-July 2026
• Sector preference: Proven experience in Contract Management and prior CCM experience is necessary.

Mechanical engineering background with CCM experience in the energy sector (e.g., O&G, powerplants) is preferred.
