Contract IT Analyst (GMP / Pharma Manufacturing Systems) – Up to $6800 #HCG

Job Scope

• Support IT infrastructure and system implementation projects within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
• Assist in Operational Technology (OT) network and server implementation.
• Configure and deploy validated workstations, including system imaging and user access setup.
• Perform system cloning, restoration, backup configuration, and workstation setup.
• Configure network connectivity, OneDrive/Cloud drive mapping, and user accounts.
• Implement backup solutions (e.g. Acronis) and ensure data integrity requirements are met.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues while ensuring compliance with GMP and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and operational activities.
• Perform other ad hoc IT duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure, desktop support, or systems administration experience.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment is required.
• Knowledge of workstation deployment, Windows OS imaging, network connectivity, user account administration, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Change Control processes and data integrity requirements.
• Experience supporting laboratory or QC systems (e.g. TOC or MALDI) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice is preferred.
