CSA Site Coordinator

Job Summary

We are an expanding Main Contractor looking for a dedicated CSA Site Coordinator to drive project planning and field-level coordination across Civil, Structural, and Architectural works. In this role, you will interface between internal teams, consultants, and trade contractors to ensure smooth project flow, regulatory adherence, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact among consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless site operations and align execution with project goals.

Schedule & Quality Control: Oversee daily works to ensure activities progress strictly according to schedule, meeting all quality benchmarks, contractual specifications, and local building regulations.

Project Planning & Monitoring: Track project milestones, manage resource coordination, and resolve operational bottlenecks early to guarantee timely completion.

Requirements

Education: Professional Degree Certificate, Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct site coordination experience working with a Main Contractor / Builder.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Core Competencies:

Solid understanding of CSA construction processes, site workflow, and contract specifications.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
