Custom Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to business needs. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications

• Apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software delivery with business goals and user needs

• Lead and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to project and architectural direction

• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, sustainable solutions

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability through best practices

• Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development

• Strong expertise in Software Engineering principles and practices

• Proven experience in Software Design and Solution Architecture

• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex scenarios

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams

• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior engineers

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable system design

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

• Experience in performance optimization and system reliability engineering
