Position Summary
The Customer Quality Assurance (CQA) Engineer is responsible forhandling customer quality issues, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, andmaintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication andcorrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and resolve customercomplaints and RMA cases
· Lead 8D reports, including:
· Root cause analysis
· Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
· Coordinate with internal teams:
· Manufacturing
· Test Engineering
· Quality and NPI
· Provide timely and accurate feedbackto customers
· Track and improve:
· Customer satisfaction
· Field return rates
· Support customer audits and qualityreviews
· Drive continuous improvement based oncustomer feedback
