Your Role

🔹 Act as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams
🔹 Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support
🔹 Investigate product issues and perform failure analysis
🔹 Prepare failure analysis reports and recommend corrective actions
🔹 Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to resolve customer concerns
🔹 Lead containment activities during quality incidents
🔹 Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
