Customer/Supplier Quality Engineer (Woodlands - 5day)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am- 545pm.

Company Transport pickup at Yishun, Woodlands, CCK and Lakeside

Jobs Responsiblities

1）Responsible for QA documentation and data control

2) Conduct analysis and reporting of internal/external quality performance

3) Conduct analysis on quality problems found by customer, QC, production and drive for containment action and permanent actions

4) Identify and initate actions to prevent non-conformity relating to internal process and product

5) Monitor vendor quality performance and verify corrective actions to ensure effectiveness

6) Train QA Inspector when necessary

7) Implement control on reject area for non conforming material/product

8) Raise Car according to standard procedure, review NCMR and issue recall notice as necessary, monitor and follow up until issues were closed

9) Handle customer complaint and ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrence

10) Supervisor practice of SPC Producture internally and initiate reaction plan for out of control situation

11) Analyse supplier CPK data and measurement result, require action when necessary

12) Assist QA manager in coordinating Engineering Change/ Production Part Approval Process

13) Review, conduct necessary testing and approve QI sample submitted by suppliers

14) Supervise generation of QA Work Instruction/Procedure and Part Inspection Pan

15) Conduct analysis on quality problems found by QC inspector and interact with other departments on quality resolution.

16) Monitor vendor quality performance and verify corrective action to ensures its effectiveness

17) Suggest cost reduction activities thru quality improvement

18) Be a member of APQP team

19) Prepare and review PPAP docutments

20) Understand customer requirements, adapt and share to other respective department

Job Requirements

1) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
2) Diploma / ITE level
3) Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager
