Data & Marketing Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Data & Marketing Senior Executive to bridge commercial marketing and business intelligence. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analytics to generate actionable growth strategies, build core analytical datasets, and optimize sales performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Actionable Business Intelligence: Transform raw operational and marketing data into high-impact insights that directly optimize business decisions and drive measurable company performance.

Data Architecture & Market Strategy: Combine data analytics with strategic marketing insights to establish robust datasets that fuel sales analysis and market expansion efforts using Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence platforms.

Performance Monitoring: Design, maintain, and automate dynamic reporting dashboards to track key sales trends, campaign performance, and commercial growth metrics.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field will be prioritized.

Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience blending commercial marketing analysis with data-driven decision-making.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI / Tableau.

Hands-on experience with Power Automate is a distinct advantage.

Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems like SAP, Microsoft, or Keyence software.

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business actions.

Excellent communication skills to present insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
