IDC Infrastructure Operations Head

Compensation: RMB 1.2mil / Annum
This role will be based in Rayong, Chonburi, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Center Infrastructure Operations Management:

Oversee the overall operation and management of the infrastructure of the data center park in Thailand;

Coordinate the safe and stable operation of critical infrastructure such as electromechanical systems, HVAC, power supply and distribution, generators, UPS, battery systems, cooling systems, and low-voltage systems;

Establish and continuously optimize the operation and maintenance management system, standard procedures, and emergency management mechanisms to ensure high availability and operational reliability of the park.

2. Data Center Full Lifecycle Operations Management:

Manage the entire process of a newly built data center project, from engineering delivery (handover), trial operation to formal operation;

Lead project acceptance, operation and maintenance system establishment, team building, system construction, and operational handover;

Promote the rapid and stable operation of the data center and achieve the established operational indicators.

3. Team Building and Management

Responsible for building, training, evaluating, and developing the local operations and maintenance team;

Managing cross-disciplinary operations and maintenance teams, including electromechanical, HVAC, power, facilities management, and outsourced service teams;

Establishing efficient collaboration mechanisms to improve team professional capabilities and execution efficiency.

4. Security and Risk Management

Establishing data center EHS, safety production, and emergency management systems;

Organizing major fault handling, emergency drills, and risk assessments;

Ensuring park operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.

5. Operational Optimization and Cost Control

Continuously optimizing data center operational efficiency and energy efficiency indicators;

Promoting PUE optimization, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and operational cost control;

Improving the overall operational quality of the park and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above

Core Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure operation and maintenance management;

Experience in data center operation and management in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.);

Management experience in large data center parks or hyperscale data center projects;

Complete experience in managing the entire process of new project onboarding, commissioning, and stable operation;

Experience in managing a mature team of at least 20 people (preferred).

Professional Skills Requirements:

In-depth understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including:

High and low voltage power distribution systems

UPS and battery systems

Diesel generator systemsRefrigeration and HVAC systems

Facility management systems such as BMS and DCIM

Familiarity with international data center operation standards and industry norms;

Strong cross-cultural team management and project coordination skills.

Preferred Backgrounds

International Data Center Operator Background; Large-Scale IDC Operator Background;

Experience in operating hyperscale campus-level data centers;

Special Notes:

Focus on IDC infrastructure operations management;

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's capabilities, current salary level, and market competitiveness.
