Data Platform Engineer / Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Platform Engineer / Architect to design and build the core data platform powering financial AI systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in data engineering and architecture, combined with an understanding of financial data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the foundational data platform supporting AI-driven financial applications.
• Design and optimize multi-source financial data pipelines, ETL workflows, and real-time ingestion systems.
• Implement data quality frameworks, anomaly detection, deduplication, and automated labeling systems.
• Build multi-tenant architecture with robust access control, auditability, and platform-level security.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, financial analysts, and compliance teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability, resilience, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in ETL workflows, distributed systems, and pipeline design.
• Hands-on experience with data quality frameworks, metadata management, and labeling systems.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture, RBAC/ABAC, and audit logging.
• Familiarity with financial data systems and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Candidates with strong financial market investing experience
