PROFILE:
You graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science or any related field in University, and you have significant experience with Engineering Management general skills
You like sharing and challenging

You demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness and collaboration in dynamic environments
You enjoy leading teams and want to motivate, train and appraise employees’ performance

As an Engineering Management Role within Thales, you will:

Report engineering performance plan, progress and results to the Engineering Manager of higher Level
Capitaliseand share knowledge to develop skills, mobilities and to improve the competitiveness
Provide your maturity improvement strategy based on the Operating Model (Process, Practices, Tools, Organisation and Governance, Competencies).
Build the engineering assessment plan and follow the execution of corrective plans identified through assessments
Assign responsibilities in the organisation of engineering support for Engineering Environment process and practice support
Manage Head of Discipline, Head of Engineering Deliveries and Head of Engineering Operations

o   Align IT priorities with regional operational and business needs

§  Promote nearshore model to Group stakeholders (24/7 capabilities, cost efficiency)

§  Develop tools and operating models to ensure team transversality

§  Further develop additional services, e.g. Engineering support services for Asia

-         Global Chapter Lead Run & Support

o   Leverage full mastery of Run & Support skillsets to structure delivery capabilities

o   Ensure the right competencies, roles and maturity levels across teams

o   Support capability development aligned with IS/IT standards

-         Profile & experience

o   10-15+ years of experience in IT service management and operations

o   Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure and offshore IT service delivery environments

o   Strong expertise in IT Service Management processes

o   Experience in complex transformation programs (Offshoring, Cloud)

o  Experience in international and multicultural environments

o   Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
