We are a Civil &Structural consultancy firm involved in many Good Class Bungalow (GCB)and landed residential projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB).

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions for authorities to secure project approvals.
• Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to develop precise design documentation and plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations.
• Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive.
• Apply strong IT skill to support design and documentation processes.
• Demonstrate passion and commitment to designing high-end residential houses that meet client expectations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence.
