Key Responsibilities
Engages with customers at a senior and management level to identify High Value Problems. PSEs can progress within the Process Support Engineer job family where they will have increasing responsibility at N and N+1 for several products. Or, they can switch to the Technical Director family to have more focus on the products at N+1 and N+2.
Work closely with BUs to develop DVS solutions to address customer High Value Problems
Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications.
Manage PSEs providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Mentor and oversee technical development of entire PSE team at assigned location. Implement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the team
Responsible for demand planning and financial forecast of activity
Technology expert in multiple product lines in at least one BU
