E&IC Engineer

Job Title: E&IC Engineer 
Work Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3-5 year of experience working in a professional environment.
• Experience in Relevant Engineering or relevant industry.
• High energy level - self-starter.
• Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
• Leadership skills and ability to effectively operate in a matrix team / organization.
• Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Effective Communication skills

Preferred Skills/Background:

• Preferred AutoCAD experience
• E&IC Background
• Comfortable with onsite coordination with clients
• Manage all documentation work (include drafting all drawings)
• Water/Semiconductor Background Preferred (Oil & Gas is acceptable too)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sub-contractors on the project activities as well as installation methodology.
• Conduct site supervision work to verify site installation as per design documents.
• Assist Project Managers/ Construction Managers on monitoring of project execution and its progress.
• Assist Project Engineers to prepare design documents such as Lay-out drawings, Section drawings, 3D design drawings & equipment data sheet used for construction.
• Manage multiple sites for site supervision and report to the Project Managers respectively.
• Manage multiple fabrication suppliers to ensure all fabricated skids and equipment are according to design drawings and meet site requirements.
• Prepare project documentation such as Project plans, drawings and OMM, & installation and as-built documents.
• Check availability on materials such as pipes, fittings, and other mechanical equipment during installation stage as per project specifications.
• Attend project progress meeting as site with client and end users.
• To do site testing and commissioning for all installed equipment.
• Attend to and follow up with fabrication/ equipment suppliers on any quality issues.
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager for respective site quality issues and provide necessary support to close all quality issues.
• Provide support to customers when any E&IC quality issues arise; helps to prepare corrective action and follow up on implementation and close out.
• Experience with batch record review, quality record support and ensuring that related Quality documents are updated
• Generate and maintain the document submittal list / records 
• Perform SAT
