ELECTRICAL DESIGN COORDINATOR

Join a well-established Singapore infrastructure and signage company involved in high-impact traffic systems, illuminated signage and public infrastructure projects across the island. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Electrical Design Coordinator to be part of a growing team where your technical expertise and coordination skills will play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare electrical design works related to traffic signage, illuminated sign systems and infrastructure projects
• Prepare electrical drawings, layout plans, load calculations and technical submissions
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams for smooth project execution and installation works
• Ensure all electrical installation works comply with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant authorities’ regulations
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements and technical documentation prior to submission and implementation
• Attend project meetings, site coordination meetings and technical discussions when required;
• Support site teams in troubleshooting electrical and signage system issues during project execution
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and contract specifications
• Ensure all equipment, electrical components and signage systems are properly installed and tested before commissioning
• Any other duties assigned by the Management or superior(s)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering from college recognised by the Singapore Professional Engineers (PE) Board
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in electrical systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems, signage installation and site coordination works
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other relevant engineering software applications
• Ability to prepare technical drawings, calculations and project documentation
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills

Compensation

$4,000 - $5,000 monthly
