Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Electrical Engineering/ Consultancy
• Position Title: Electrical Designer
• Working Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Carry out electrical system modelling and analysis using ETAP software.
• Assist with power system studies, including load flow, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination.
• Provide support to engineers in design preparation, technical documentation, and submission works.
• Ensure all drawings, calculations, and studies are in line with project requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and contractors on electrical design matters.
• Maintain, update, and manage drawing records, revisions, and related documentation.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, electrical safety, and engineering practices.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for electrical drafting and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Knowledge of ETAP for electrical system modelling and study work.
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and capable of handling tasks within project timelines
