Job Description

• Lead and supervise a technical team in the maintenance of low-voltage electrical systems.

• Plan, manage, and deliver M&E projects from design inception to execution.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications.

• Oversee site supervision, testing, and commissioning of electrical installations.

• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical building services (maintenance and/or design).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or completion of the "High Voltage Operation for Engineers" course will be an advantage.
