Electrical Hardware Design Engineer

• Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements.
• Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals.
• Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.
• Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history.
• Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.
• Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
• Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus.
• Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
