Engineer

About the role

This is a full-time Engineer role at First Piping Engineering Pte. Ltd. based in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of complex engineering projects within the semiconductor and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems industries.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and execute engineering projects from inception to completion

• Designing, optimizing and developing innovative engineering solutions for semiconductor and MEP systems

• Overseeing project budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of projects

• Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation

• Developing detailed project documentation, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team

What we're looking for

• Min degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in the semiconductor or MEP systems industry

• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, project management methodologies and technical problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using engineering software such as CAD, BIM, and project management tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team
