Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

• Own end to end test program validation, sign off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.
• Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health.
• Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression.
• Drive PV, audit, and data compliance, closing gaps before any release.
• Coordinate cross functionally with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Infra, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure test programs are CI/infra ready (toolchain, automation, versioning, release governance).

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Advantest V93K tester.

• Experience in semiconductor test or validation environment.

• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

• Leadership skills are bonus.
