Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team! 

You will support the Project Manager and Director in the execution of multiple construction and renovation projects. This role is hands-on and coordination-focused, involving site supervision, scheduling, procurement support, and client liaison. You will gain broad exposure across landed house construction, window and door installations, and renovation works.

This position is well-suited for candidates who are looking to join a fast moving young company and develop into a Project Management role. 

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations and coordination

Workforce & Scheduling

• Coordinate workers’ schedules across different project sites
• Liaise with supervisors and subcontractors 

Procurement & Materials

• Assist in Quantity Surveying, procurement of materials, fittings, and services

Documentation & Administration

• Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and basic documentation

Projects Exposure

• Landed residential construction
• Window and door installation works
• Residential renovation and alteration works

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Candidates with 1–6 years of experience are welcome
• Candidates bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred 

Skills & Attributes

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Willingness to be site-based and hands-on
• Basic understanding of construction processes (guidance will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
