We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for leading electrical and technical team and, overseeing engineering projects from initial planning through successful completion. The role combines strong electrical technical expertise with leadership capabilities to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing project execution, team development, budgeting, operational processes, and strategic planning to support the company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
People & Team Management
• Mentorship & Employee Development
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development discussions with team members to support their professional growth and performance improvement.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding engineering and technical personnel to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities.
• Team Culture & Leadership
Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork.
Project Execution & Strategic Planning
• Project Oversight
Define project scope, establish timelines and milestones, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery of engineering projects within schedule and quality expectations.
• Budgeting & Resource Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure proper cost control measures are implemented throughout project execution.
• Strategic Alignment
Work closely with senior management to develop engineering roadmaps, operational objectives, KPIs, and business strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Electrical and Technical Leadership & Process Improvement
• Workflow & Process Optimization
Develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering workflows, development procedures, testing standards, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Technical Guidance & Quality Assurance
Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, system security, product quality, and operational performance.
• Stakeholder Communication
Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and engineering matters clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, clients, customers, investors, and management teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical and Technical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience with progressive leadership and project management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and engineering operational processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
