Management Company engineering team (15 POB) and Subcontractors Engineering Team (15+POB)
Prepare and follow the Engineering contracts for all COMPANY’s subcontractors for FSO Unity Project
Set and monitor detailed plans with the Engineering Contractor to ensure all deliveries are issued on time and meet functional specifications.
Verify engineering progress on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing recovery plans when necessary.
Conduct constructability and 3D reviews; ensure project reviews (PR2, PR3) are performed, and all action items are adequately closed.
Organize regular quality checks of deliverables (drawings, procedures, etc.) to ensure full compliance with Company specifications.
Act when required as deputy of the FSO package Manager
Interface Coordination & Team Management
Manage FSO package interfaces in collaboration with the project interface Manager (physical interfaces) and coordinate interdisciplinary reviews between various disciplines of OneTech and external resources, including Safety, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Commissioning.
Procurement Support: Follow up on procurement, expediting, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for all discipline-related activities.
HSE Roles & Responsibilities
Safety Culture: Champion the "Think Safety First" attitude and ensure the effective implementation of the Project's HSE Management System within Engineering activities.
Risk Management: Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ensuring that all safety studies recommendations are strictly followed in the design of the New FSO.
Lead Digital & Innovation
Act as the project’s digital lead by integrating innovative solutions to optimize engineering workflows and project tracking.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced tools such as Power BI and Python PI to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to increase team efficiency.
Maintain a constant watch on new technologies and best practices to promote technical excellence within the organization.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or O&G Process Engineering).
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas projects, specifically with an International Oil Company (IOC). - Minimum 10 years of experience in ship conversion projects or O&G gas industrial project as lead package, Engineer Manager or Package Manager; - Strong knowledge of all aspects of entire lifecycle of a O&G project
Languages: Fluent in English (required); French is an advantage
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of TotalEnergies Project Referential, commissioning principles, and maintenance and offshore installation integrity management processes, rules and methods.
Digital Skills: Proficiency in ICAPS, PRODOM, SAP, Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint), and Python.

- Crisis Management: High capacity for stress management and the ability to remain composed and effective during high-pressure project phases. - Strategic Decision-Making: Exceptional aptitude for decisive action and problem-solving within uncertain, volatile, or rapidly changing environments. - Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional, multicultural teams through complex organizational structures. - Mobility: Open and available for frequent international travel, including regular trips to Nigeria and various work sites (China, France, etc..) and mission offshore.
