Engineering Manager (Shipbuilding / Marine)

Responsibilities:

• Support engineering, client retention, and new client acquisition in shipbuilding.
• Assist in tender exercises for newbuilding, conversion, and repair projects.
• Review contracts and technical specifications to meet design requirements.
• Interpret classification rules and maritime regulations; read design drawings.
• Manage drawing schedules and technical meetings with clients, classification societies, designers, and vendors.
• Develop design concepts aligned with newbuilding tenders, execute design and production plans for awarded newbuilding projects.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Marine / Naval Architecture or a related field.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding processes; able to discuss technical specifications with clients.
• Minimum 5 years of marine/offshore engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
