Job Description

Technology Innovation & Strategy

• Define and drive the Company’s technology roadmap and long-term innovation strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies that enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Lead technical research initiatives, feasibility studies, proof-of-concept projects, and prototype development.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements relevant to creator platforms, software engineering, intelligent systems, and content creation technologies.
• Advise executive management on technology investments, technical risks, and innovation opportunities.

Creator Platform & Product Development

• Lead the evolution of the Company’s game editor, creator tools, and supporting platform technologies.
• Drive improvements in creator workflows, content creation pipelines, development tools, and platform architecture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, software development best practices, and technical governance processes.
• Support the development of next-generation creator experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and content quality.

AI-Assisted Content Creation & Automation

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI technologies that enhance creator productivity and content production workflows.
• Drive the development of AI-assisted capabilities for 3D asset generation, character generation, environment generation, and procedural content creation.
• Explore AI technologies for animation generation, motion synthesis, auto-rigging, skinning, and character behavior generation.
• Research and support intelligent solutions for game logic understanding, gameplay generation, scripting assistance, and content authoring.
• Evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI systems, generative AI technologies, and intelligent agents for practical integration into creator workflows.
• Lead initiatives to improve development efficiency through AI-powered automation and intelligent tooling.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and research team members.
• Manage technical planning, resource allocation, project execution, and delivery schedules.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Facilitate effective communication between engineering, product, and management teams.

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, engineering research, or technology leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software development projects.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, scalable platform development, and software engineering best practices.

• Experience developing software platforms, development tools, creator tools, content creation systems, workflow platforms, or technology products.

• Strong programming and technical problem-solving skills with experience in Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

• Experience evaluating, adopting, and integrating emerging technologies into commercial software products.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI systems, or AI-assisted software solutions is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking, research capability, and technical decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience leading technology innovation programs, engineering research initiatives, or advanced product development projects.
• Experience founding, scaling, or managing technology startups.
• Experience working with creator platforms, UGC ecosystems, development tools, content creation workflows, or interactive software products.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal AI systems, AI agents, or AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience with 3D asset generation, animation generation, motion synthesis, auto-rigging, skinning, procedural content generation, or related technologies.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve product functionality, creator productivity, or operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge research, engineering, and product development to deliver commercial value.
